Problem Indication Recommended Action
No Operation Status LED off Check power connection.
No Operation Status LED is solid red Contact support.
No Operation Status LED is flashing red Contact support.
Cannot access the login page using USB-C Status LED is green or blue Check USB connection.
Try with a different USB-C cable.
Contact support.
Product does not send reports Status LED is green or blue, Internet status is green Check if the report is correctly configured.
Test report connectivity.
Check that the reported group contains meters.
No internet connectivity Status is green or blue, Internet status is green Make sure the WAN settings are correct.
Check internet connectivity between router and internet.
Check router firewall setup.
