The device does not operate	The status LED is off	• Check power to the MIVO Connect system. • Ensure the expansion cable connectors are fully inserted.
The device does not operate	The status LED is solid red	Contact support.
No response from meter	The MBUS Status LED flashes red every 2 seconds	The product does not detect any M-Bus loads. Check the installation for any open circuits.
No response from meter	The MBUS Status LED is solid red	The device has detected an overload or a possible short circuit in the system. Check the installation.
No response from meter	The MBUS Status LED is quickly flashing red	The device detects a short circuit. Check the installation.
